Following your mandatory Live Blood Analysis, the assessment results will be sent via email and you will be invited to consult with a Personal Mentor.
Should you wish to proceed with a consultation you will then be sent a link to a detailed online medical questionnaire from our secure Cliniko system which encrypts your patient data and can only be viewed by your Personal Mentor or Lead Clinician. At this stage we would ask you to also provide any recent blood results, scans etc, together with previous doctors or consultant notes pertaining to the decline in your health. These will also be uploaded to your secure personal file.
Your Personal Mentor will assess your case before consultation.
Consultation Options
Medical Mentor Phone Consultation
Duration – 60 minutes
- Confirming and updating your personal information
- Review of past and present medical notes, tests and medical history
- Interpretation of all test results including your Live Blood Analysis. We are trained to read the Longhaulers Cytokine panels
- Review of your Longhaulers questionnaire
- Recording a full medical history
- Discussing treatment options and modalities with proposed recommendations for treatment
- Referral to physicians and councillors working within our network if requested and with your approval
- A written comprehensive proposed bespoke treatment plan giving detailed recommendation for treatment with supporting evidence will be created for your upcoming appointment. This will be sent to you after consultation following review and sign off by one of our Clinicians.
Consult Fee with Pre and Post Notes £125 *
* Includes 2 follow up emails within a month of the consultation. Further emails will be charged at £25 per 15 minutes to review your history and respond.
Medical Mentor Update Phone Consultation
Duration – 60 minutes
Telephone Update, if within 8 weeks of first consulation: Fee £95 *
Telephone Update, if more than 8 weeks of first consulation: Fee £115 *

Prescribing Consultant/Clinician Video Consultation
Duration – 60 Minutes
Once your Medical Mentorship has been completed you may choose to move forward and consult with one of our Consultants/Clinicians, who will oversee your care and write any necessary prescriptions. After this consultation our team will confirm your immediate and long term proposed treatment plan. This consultation is done via video link.
It will be necessary to book your consultation with one of our Clinicians no sooner than 24 hours after your Medical Mentorship. The Consultant/Clinician will obviously need time to review all of your clinical information before the video link session.
The cost for your initial consultation would be £250.00 *
The cost for all future consultations would be £150.00 *
